1. About These Sales Conditions

These Sales Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through the Ciaura website and mobile applications. We recommend reviewing this page regularly, as updates may occur and these terms are binding once accepted.

By using the Ciaura platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and purchase our products. Our services are intended solely for end consumers, and any resale or distribution of products is strictly prohibited.

Placing an order on Ciaura means you accept these Sales Conditions, along with any specific terms related to your purchase.

2. Your Account

To purchase from Ciaura, you must register an account if you wish. Only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to register. Registration is free and requires completing a form and agreeing to the terms during checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Unauthorized use by third parties is your responsibility only if caused by your negligence.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

  • Read and accept these Sales Conditions.

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information, including name, address, phone number, email, and payment details.

  • Provide a valid delivery address within Portugal.

  • Have legal capacity to enter contracts.

  • Be the authorized holder of a valid payment method (debit/credit card or PayPal).

Orders can be placed as a registered user or as a guest. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming, as changes might not be possible afterward.

4. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

Once your order is placed, we will send an email confirming receipt. Please note that some orders may not be accepted due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons. In such cases, any payments made will be promptly refunded.

5. Pricing, Shipping, Taxes, and Other Charges

Prices are those displayed at the time of your order and confirmed thereafter. All prices include VAT and applicable taxes but exclude shipping and handling fees, which are clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

Prices and shipping costs may change at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders unless a clear pricing error occurs.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard. Payment details are processed securely via SSL encryption through our trusted payment gateway, Adyen N.V. We verify card validity, available credit, and billing address. Bank fees, if any, are your responsibility.

  • Klarna: Pay in three interest-free installments for orders between €35 and €1500. When choosing Klarna, you will be redirected to Klarna’s secure platform to complete your financing agreement. More information on Klarna's terms and privacy policy is available on their website.

  • Promotional Vouchers and Discount Codes: Apply your code at checkout to reduce your total amount. If the code value is insufficient, the remaining balance can be paid with any accepted payment method.

Payments are processed only after Ciaura sends a shipping confirmation. Your card or payment information is never stored by us and handled exclusively by secure financial institutions.

Contact and Security

We are committed to securing your payment information. All transactions use encrypted SSL connections. The payment reference on your card statement will appear as "Adyen NV" or "Adyen NV Ciaura."

Your personal data related to payments will be used solely for processing your order and refunds if applicable.
